Colin’s career to date has taken him to the top of the largest multidisciplinary company of consulting engineers in the Channel Islands. Having worked for Jersey based engineering companies on both local and UK projects he has gained a broad depth of valuable experience. He has a high level of knowledge in structures and the condition of buildings and specialises in conservation engineering in which he holds a masters degree.

After graduating in 1997, Andy has worked as a structural engineer in both the UK and the Channel Islands before joining Hartigan in 2002. He has worked on a range of projects across both the private and the public sector, including residential, commercial, health care, industrial and educational buildings.

Andy began his career in the construction industry in 1972 and has been continuously employed in the public and private sector. He has worked on projects of all sizes, ranging from large and complex local authority and railway projects to small domestic alterations.
