We’re delighted to share that the Elizabeth Harbour Site Investigation project, with Hartigan’s involvement, was a finalist for the International Project of the Year at the Ground Engineering Awards 2025!
This multi-year, multi-disciplinary investigation has provided vital data for one of Jersey’s largest infrastructure developments — including overwater, intertidal, and terrestrial investigations, geophysical surveys, fixed and continuous water quality monitoring, environmental and ecological surveys. The project, led by Terra Firma, was described by the judges as “exemplary communicative and resourceful working” and Hartigan’s engineers are proud to have shared their expertise.
