How we did it
Hartigan provided end-to-end project management services, beginning with initial inspections and a detailed schedule of defects. We liaised closely with the loss adjuster client and contractor to ensure all damage was properly recorded and costed, forming the basis for a clear repair strategy.
Our team prepared tender documents and, once the preferred contractor was appointed, we administered the construction contract, issued instructions, and carried out regular site inspections through to practical completion.
