We conduct condition surveys for purchase, lease agreements, or insurance purposes for both private residences and commercial properties.  

Given our island location, we also specialize in coastal and marine works such as erosion protection, stabilisation, revetment design, and dredging. Our team manages all aspects, from specifying relevant investigations and designing tailored solutions to overseeing contract administration.
