Historic Impact Assessment
The listing process identifies buildings and places of special heritage interest, ensuring that any changes are carefully considered so they can be preserved for future generations.
We prepare Heritage Impact Statements which outline the significance of the building by assessing its importance, evaluating how proposed changes affect it (including its setting and context), and addressing any unique issues or cultural links to the Island.
